Spelling Agistment in MYARA, Western Australia for sale

Hi I have 2 1 acre individual paddocks with electric fences, plenty of shade and reticulated. I have an accredited farrier and vet within close proximity.
I am a knowledgeable horse person whom has her own horses and loves horses and has been around them most of her life.
I am not an agistment centre so there is no exciting moments happening here it is a private and friendly environment and is horsey safe.
I offer a place of enjoyment for their spelling time away from their everyday job.
Cost is $25.00 per day which includes rugging, feeding, organising farrier/vet if needed and hold your horse whilst being attended, clean their paddocks, and fresh water daily.
Float can be left if needed but not undercover.
I am able to send photo's via my mobile or if you wanted to view I am available most days.
